We don't just support NDIS Participants, but also their families, carers, and support networks. We believe that having a comprehensive support approach leads to great outcomes.

Our team is made up of support workers, PBS therapists and co-ordinators. These are real people within the community that seek to bring about a positive impact to the participants they are supporting. Our leaders bring consistency and accountability, but what really drives us is the fact we care about the work we do and the people we do it for.

At Focus Ability Group, we believe that support should be worth your time, funding and trust. We set up this team to be different, focusing on how we listen, plan and show up for our participants. We collaborate with participants and their families rather than seek to make decisions on their behalf because participants themselves know what's best for themselves. Great support creates a cascading effect; where when participants thrive, so do the people who support them.
